Shipping Policy – Spinoff Distributors

At Spinoff Distributors, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please review the following information regarding shipping and delivery:

Product Availability
All orders depend on product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified immediately. If payment has already been completed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method for the unavailable item(s).

Where We Ship
We currently ship orders only within Puerto Rico. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided once your order has been confirmed. These estimates begin on the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Under normal circumstances, most orders ship within 15 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship on Sundays.
Please note that delivery dates may vary depending on carrier schedules, the shipping method chosen, your location, and the size or weight of your order. Some items may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery method selected at checkout. The minimum shipping fee is $5.00. Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy packages, or for deliveries to remote areas. Taxes are applied in accordance with Puerto Rico law.

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product, please contact us immediately at admin@spinofdistributors.com so we can assist you.
